Striving for operational excellence has nothing to do with perfectionism. On the contrary, perfectionism is a form of wastefulness. It has more to do with two basic attitudes, without which operational excellence cannot be achieved. Namely, on the one hand, with the constant review of the status quo and, on the other, with the constant willingness to change. This is what we embody. It is our mantra and our DNA.
